Acceptable use policy
Last updated 28 July 2026
This policy sets out what you may and may not do with ListingLine. It forms part of our Terms of Service. We enforce it, because one customer misusing the service puts every other customer's caller ID reputation and our carrier relationships at risk.
Your list
You must:
- Own or have lawful access to every number you upload.
- Have obtained those numbers lawfully.
- Upload only numbers you have a genuine business reason to contact.
You must not:
- Upload lists you purchased from an unlawful source, or scraped in breach of a website's terms.
- Upload numbers belonging to people who have previously asked you not to contact them.
- Attempt to bypass, disable or work around the Do Not Call Register check, the calling hours enforcement, or the suppression list.
Your script
You must not:
- Remove, edit, obscure or delay the identification line that states who the call is for and that the caller is an AI assistant.
- Instruct the agent to deny being an AI, or to claim to be a specific named human.
- Make false or misleading statements about property values, market conditions, offers, buyers, or your own results.
- Impersonate another agency, agent, government body or organisation.
- Make claims you cannot substantiate.
Conduct
You must not use ListingLine to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse or repeatedly contact anyone who has declined.
- Call the same person repeatedly in a manner that would be unreasonable if a human were doing it.
- Contact people about anything unlawful.
- Conduct any campaign unrelated to legitimate property services without our written agreement.
Consequences
If you breach this policy we may, without notice, pause your campaigns, suspend your account, terminate your access, or report the matter to a regulator or carrier where we are required to.
We do not refund credits for accounts terminated for breach.
