Is there a limit on call length?
Calls are capped at four minutes. A prospecting call that needs longer is a hot lead, and the right move is your follow-up, which is exactly what the after-call SMS and your callback list are for. You are never billed extra for call length.
Do bigger packs get a cheaper rate?
No. Every conversation is A$2.00 for everyone. Bigger packs earn bonus conversations instead. The price you see is the price everyone pays.
