How it works
From an empty screen to a warm lead on your phone. Five steps, and you are only involved in the first two.
Build your agent
Step 1 of 5
Build your agent in three taps
Pick the goal, the approach, and what happens after the call. Your name, your agency, your suburb. The script is written for you.

Sample call, fictional names
0:00 / 0:53
Sample call, not a recording of a real prospect: scripted, the names are made up, and read by Samantha, the synthetic voice your own agent uses unless you pick another, on the same speech engine and settings it runs on.
Transcript, 17 turns
The platform writes that requirement into every agent's instructions. The agent says it in its own words, so the exact wording differs call to call.
The part that is still yours.
The system stops at the kerb. It works the phones so the week ends here, at a door that asked for an appraisal, and the handshake stays yours.
What it costs is one section down.

One price. Pay only for conversations.
A$2.00 per connected call.
Pay only when someone picks up. Unanswered dials, voicemail and call screening are all free, and calls cap at four minutes.

13 X ROI
One appraisal off your farm, against the A$200 pack.
Coverage is a projection, not a guarantee. It assumes one answer in 15 dials. Dials are free and only answers are billed, so if more people answer than that you will cover fewer homes for the same money.

The rules we follow
Cold calling is legal in Australia when it is done properly. ListingLine does it properly, by default, on every call.
- Every list washed against the Do Not Call Register. Re-washed after 30 days.
- The agent says it is an AI, and who it calls for, on every call. Industry Standard.
- Permitted hours only, in the prospect's time zone. Never Sundays or public holidays. Industry Standard.
- Real caller ID with a working return line. Register legislation.
- Opt-outs suppressed instantly and permanently, across every account on the platform.
- Every call recorded, transcribed, and logged.
Built to the ACMA standard, so you do not have to think about it. We handle the compliance machinery. You handle the listings. Read the full compliance detail.
Questions
What is ListingLine?
ListingLine is an Australian AI voice agent that makes outbound prospecting calls to a real estate agent's farm area in that agent's own name, books appraisals and callbacks, and hands back a list of who wants to hear from them. It is run from Australia under ABN 25 781 231 670, it sells only to Australian agents and agencies, and it costs A$2.00 per connected call with no subscription. It operates at www.listingline.com.au and nowhere else: other companies use a similar name on other domains, including in the United States, and none of them is connected to us.
Does it answer incoming calls?
Not today. ListingLine makes OUTBOUND calls: it rings the numbers in your farm area, in your name, and books appraisals and callbacks. Answering your incoming enquiries is not part of the product yet, though it is something we intend to build. The one inbound piece that does exist is the return number your calls present, so somebody you rang can ring back and reach you.
Does it say it's an AI?
Yes, at the start of the call. It converts better than you'd think. Honesty reads as confidence, and prospects give straighter answers to a machine.
What happens when someone says take me off the list?
Instant, permanent, logged. That number is never dialed again by any campaign.
Whose number shows on caller ID?
A real Australian number provisioned for you. Prospects can call it back.
Can I change the script?
Yes. Each campaign chooses its own goal, approach and follow-up when you create it, and the exact script is shown before you save. Your agency, voice and calling hours are in your dashboard.
What does a connected call mean?
It is the unit you are billed on: A$2.00 each time a person picks up and speaks with your agent, which is one conversation off your balance. Dialling is free, so a list of 1,000 numbers where 300 people answer is billed as 300, not 1,000. Anything that is not a person costs nothing: unanswered dials, engaged or disconnected numbers, voicemail, call screening services, a phone's own screening assistant, and automated menus. A call answered in silence is free too. There is no minimum length and no per minute charge, so a short answer costs the same A$2.00 as a call that runs to the cap. If a machine is ever billed as a person, tell us and we will credit it back, and the recording settles it either way.
Is there a limit on call length?
Calls are capped at four minutes. A prospecting call that needs longer is a hot lead, and the right move is your follow-up, which is exactly what the interested and callback notifications, and the optional after-call text, are for. You are never billed extra for call length.
Do bigger packs get a cheaper rate?
No. Every conversation is A$2.00 for everyone. Bigger packs earn bonus conversations instead. The price you see is the price everyone pays.
What do I get when I sign up?
An account with zero conversations in it. There is no trial balance and nothing dials until you buy a pack, so the smallest real cost of getting started is A$50 for 25 conversations. The sample call on the home page is free and needs no account at all.
Do I need a password?
You set one when you sign up, then log in with your email and password, or with Google. Forgotten it, or signing in on a new device? Press "Email me a code instead" on the login page and we email you a sign-in code that gets you in; "Lost your password?" does the same and then lets you set a new one. Accounts created before passwords existed still work exactly that way: sign in with a code, and set a password whenever it suits you.
