About
ListingLine is an Australian
AI calling service.
Where the engine came from
The engine behind ListingLine was not built for real estate. We built it for high growth technology companies, where a bad call costs the deal and nobody tolerates a system that sounds like a robot.
We brought that standard with us. The rest we rebuilt for this industry.
Why this industry is its own problem
Real estate calling is its own problem. You are talking to people about the largest asset they own, often before they have decided to sell, under rules that govern when you can call and what you must say. Tone matters. Timing matters. In a suburb where names travel, one bad call costs more than a listing.

The standard we train to
So we train for it the way top agents train. Not to an acceptable standard. To the standard of the top one percent of callers, repeated on the four hundredth call exactly as on the first.
400
Elite is not the hard part.
Elite, repeated, is.
The four hundredth call of the week is the one that decides whether a farm area remembers your name kindly.
What that looks like in practice
Outcomes, not activity
We measure appraisals booked. And we report it straight, including when a campaign underperforms.
Compliance by default
Do Not Call obligations, calling hours, disclosure. Built in, not bolted on. Your licence is worth more than any shortcut, and how we comply sets out exactly what that means.
Where we are going
ListingLine is being built into the real estate ecosystem. Two-way sync with the major Australian CRMs is what we are building next, so a booked appraisal lands where your team already works. Outbound prospecting is live. Inbound answering is next, so no call goes unanswered in either direction.

What the product actually does
An agent loads a list of numbers from their farm area and answers a few questions about what the agent should say. ListingLine then calls those numbers in the agent’s own name, inside permitted calling hours, tells the person it is an AI when it is asked, books appraisals and callbacks, and hands back a list of who wants to hear from the agent. The agent does the appraisals.
Every number is checked against the Do Not Call Register before it can be dialled and the platform refuses to call anything that has not come back clear. What that means in practice, and the law it is built to, is set out on how we comply, and the law itself is explained in is cold calling legal for real estate agents in Australia.
Common questions
- What is ListingLine?
- ListingLine is an Australian AI voice agent that makes outbound prospecting calls to a real estate agent's farm area in that agent's name, books appraisals and callbacks, and charges A$2.00 per connected call with no subscription.
- Does ListingLine answer incoming calls, or make outgoing ones?
- ListingLine is an Australian outbound prospecting service: it places calls to a real estate agent's farm area in that agent's own name, under ABN 25 781 231 670. It is a different business from similarly named services on other domains, including a United States product that captures inbound enquiries from property signs. Answering inbound enquiries is not part of ListingLine today. Inbound answering is something we intend to build, so treat that as a statement about the product today rather than about where it is going. The one inbound element that exists now is the return number those calls present, so a person who was rung can ring back and reach the agency.
- Who is ListingLine for?
- Australian residential real estate agents, principals and agencies who want more listing appraisals out of a farm area without spending their week on the phone. The product is sold only in Australia and every call it places is subject to Australian telemarketing law.
- What does ListingLine cost?
- A$2.00 per connected call. There is no subscription, no monthly platform fee and no per minute charge. A connected call means a call a person answered and stayed on, so unanswered calls and voicemails are not billed. Credit is bought in packs.
- Where does ListingLine operate?
- Australia, and only Australia. Numbers are washed against the Australian Do Not Call Register before they can be dialled, and calls are placed inside the hours permitted by the Telecommunications (Telemarketing and Research Calls) Industry Standard 2017, measured in the called person's own timezone.
- Who runs ListingLine?
- ListingLine is an Australian sole trader business, ABN 25 781 231 670, founded by Jason. The ABN is registered on the Australian Business Register and can be checked there. There is no parent company and no overseas entity.
- Is ListingLine the same as similarly named services on other domains?
- No. This business operates at www.listingline.com.au and nowhere else. Other companies use a similar name on other domains, including in the United States, and none of them is connected to us, shares our ABN, or provides this service.
